I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order, which has been handled in an unacceptable manner.

Firstly, the delivery of my order was significantly delayed by 10 days beyond the promised delivery date. This level of delay is highly inconvenient and falls far below reasonable service expectations.

Secondly, upon finally receiving the order, I discovered that several items were missing from the package. This is extremely disappointing and reflects poor quality control and order fulfillment processes.

Furthermore, it is important to highlight that full payment was made in advance, yet the service provided does not align with the commitment expected after receiving complete payment.

Given these issues, I expect the following actions to be taken promptly:

Immediate shipment of the missing items at no additional cost, or a full refund for those items
An explanation for both the delay and the incomplete order
Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused

Mujhe daily walking ki wajah se heel pain hota tha. Ye sleeve ne kaafi relief diya. Washable aur durable bhi hai.

Ye heel sleeve pehankar mujhe 3–4 din me hi improvement nazar aayi. Moisture lock karta hai aur socks ki wajah se slip bhi nahi hota. Bohat comfortable use hai.

I used these for a week and my heels feel much smoother now. They hold moisture very well and stay in place. Really impressed with the results.
